My Review of Discount Scooter Shop:
Dealer send me a defective new scooter and then refused to ship it back for repair or replacement. I had to force them to accept return of the defective scooter. Do not deal with Discount Scooter Shop or Cyber Imports company. They claim to have a "No Return Policy", even on defective new scooters.
