First, in one of the pictures on the website, it looked like there was damage to one of the cab corners, but I couldn't tell for sure if it was that or just a glare in the photo. I asked someone to look at that and confirm before flying to Ohio to buy it. They supposedly looked and told me it must just be the lighting, and the damage was not there. When I arrived to buy the truck sure enough there is a large crack and rusted spot about the size of a half dollar, clear as day on the very same cab corner. They also didn't disclose that the tailgate latch was broken, so I had to replace that at my own expense. They didn't tell me that there is literally only ONE key for this truck and no key fob. Since it was a copied key and not a master key, there is no way to program additional copies, so I'm now told I'll have to replace the computer in the truck in order to rekey it, at an expense of somewhere around a thousand dollars. The owner said he could mail me a Toyota key fob, and asked me to text him the next day as a reminder to send one out. I did, he didn't. 2 weeks later I texted him and took 3 texts several hours apart before he replied, and said he would get it out that day. Still no fob, and only one key that can't be duplicated. After what I thought was enough due diligence to feel comfortable buying a truck from out of state, I was proven wrong. Stay away from this dump. More

Came in with my husband to get a car he left a deposit on 2 weeks ago Alana said car will be ready just pay the rest of deposit and we be on our way. When we got there car was pulled up front we went in and she then said we need pay stubs because the ones we left 2 weeks ago wasn’t good enough keep in mind we was approved through capital one already then said need insurance paper faxed to we spoke to manager John and he said they would call in morning to job to get information so the next day we waited no calls we called at one and then they said we need phone bill to prove it our number we asked Alana if that was all we need she said yes at 136pm we get there at 230 and she then says I need my id we was so mad I’m only a co signer on loan I don’t need Id we asked for our 500 dollar back John then said it non refundable no we’re on the receipt does it say that. I feel they was making xxxx up has they went along and the manger John was very unprofessional and acted like it was our fault that Alana didn’t have file together he scolded us like we was wrong. Beware of this place. They get an F from us unprofessional and just not nice people. John had no idea what was going on because his office is in a different building so instead of finding out he throw a fit like a 2 year old. Alana and John need to be fired they are running this place in to ground. I bought several cars from big and small lot and have never been treated so poorly has a customer. Also we se if they fix the car like they put in writing they would fix. This place doesn’t appreciate they customer. More

Liars & Scammers! Bought one car from them last yr. Dropped 14K on a Flex. This was my husbands vehicle. Wanted to buy a Dodge Caliber last Monday. Was told Monday evening it was outside to come and pick it up. Drive all the way from Dayton to Fairfield and as we were pulling in it drove past us. Husband walks in and asked where it was. He was told they sold it. When he informed them we were the ones from Dayton that was supposed to be coming and picking it up they changed their story and said something was wrong with the rear end. We left and I called on the way home using a different cell phone and they said straight out it just sold. When I confronted them with their shadiness and lying they just said it was unavailable. I informed them that we spent 2 days waiting and calling to come pick it up and due to their dishonesty that they just lost our business. And I said a few other things on top of that. They are very shady and lie. In the end they don't care! We wasn't offered any help to find something in our price range. More
