We have purchased multiple challengers from this dealership. We were in the market for a Nissan nv cargo van but soon got turned onto the Mercedes Benz sprinter which we then took instead. Ended up being exactly what we wanted and is working out great.

My husband and I have have bought 7 vehicles from Steve Stonehouse and will continue to do so. He takes the time with each one of us to make sure we are happy with our new vehicles and will do whatever is needed to make us happy. I recently was not happy with a vehicle I had purchased a year and half ago (too small) and came back to Steve and was very impressed with what I was able to trade in for (Dodge Avenger), also my husband traded his vehicle at the same time and also bought a new Wrangler. Steve really takes the time and understands what your needs are.

We will always recommend Steve to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

What a nice experience! No high pressure sales. You folks work together as a well oiled team. John with assistance from Dan were just a delight to work with. Fresh hot coffee, my wife and I treated well. No request of our's was too much. The head sales mgr "John" was really great as was the financial person. Thank you all at Doan. We have been driving a Honda Civic Hybrid for 4 years, and I am a 100% buy american person. We are so glad to be in an American product again. Your products just like "Apple" products sell themselves. Touch a Chrysler product and you must have it. Best value and features of any auto brand on the market. Thank you Chrysler, stay strong and continue to build great products as I want my next purchase to also be a Chrysler.

The experience my brother and i had was very professional. Everybody we had a conversation with, were very detailed and friendly. Especially sami ansari, i have never met a salesman that nice before, we felt very welcome. Even with less than 7 months working there it felt like he has been there for a long time, very seasoned. If i had my own dealership he would be what i would model an employee after. Great job sami great experience THANKYOU

Previously, I have always dreaded having to deal with car salesmen and dealerships in general. But, I have to admit that my most recent experience could not have gone smoother, unless of course, if they decide to start giving cars away.
My salesman, John Dipasquale (Johnny D), was friendly, pleasant, and informative from start to finish. I think we spent more time talking about our personal lifes than about my truck purchase. That is not totally true because my wish list of options, colors, etc. was a large one, so I think he earned his pay in the hunt process trying to satisfy my needs.
Johnny and Doan both made my buying expierience actually enjoyable. I would defenitely recommend both to friends and family and I wiould not hesitate to be a return customer as well.

They worked and worked until we could come to the deal necessary for me to pull the trigger. There was also free food and Doan is not cramped.

John was great! we called told him we had horrible to no credit, we have a trade it but its in bad shape and a lease we might not be able to get out of yet. we also told him that we need a safe car in a certain gas mileage average. also if possible can we get two NEW cars to be under a specific amount. His manager above him (forget his name) and john D worked so hard for my husband and I to get two new cars under our budget and our past credit history. took a couple nail biting days but they did it ! not only was John a dealer for us (not his commission) but he was just an overall great man to work with. If we ever buy another car or have anyone who wants a new car My husband and I will definitely recommend they go to doan and ask for John Dipasquale. just fyi- we called many other dealerships around here even out of the area a little and not one told my husband they could do what we want with what we have and for as low as we needed it. thank you doan and John for giving my boys a safe car to drive in.

I had questionable credit after my bankruptcy 2 years ago. I was embarrassed but I told my sales person, he told me not to worry bad things happen to good people and that he would do all he could to get me the best rate they good. I was so happy with the professionalism and treatment I received. I recommend Doan Dodge to any and all vehicle buyers.
