My Review of Don Beyer Volvo - Dulles:
The service advisor I was assigned had a terrible attitude. He was just rude from the time I dropped the car off, through my follow up calls to when I picked the car up. They have no clue how to treat a customer. Our Toyota dealer is much...much...much more friendly and attentive. The service department at Don Beyer seems to put little to no effort into diagnosing and repairing warranty issues, even if the issues are not hard to identify. Just terrible service and an unpleasent place to go all around. Next time we will save $30K and just get another Toyota and forget the hassels of dealing with so called "luxury" cars.

Had a great buying experience at this dealership. Quick negotiation, very limited haggling, and good price on trade and new car. I would definatley recommend it to others.

Cross-shopped at Fairfax Volvo and completely difference approach there - endless haggling and obscenly low offer on trade.

Terrible customer service. Their cashiers do not know how to greet customers properly and say thanks for bringing their cars in. It seems like they do not need our business and therefore, they wont get it from me or anyone I know again. They do not fix the problem properly and I need to take it back for the same thing plus other problems. They give you run-down loaners and are stingy with their volvos unless you whine and complain. Do not be nice, or they will stick you with a rental car like a toyota corolla with everything manual. Come on...I am turning in a Volvo, not a Hyundai!!! When I bought a premium car, I was promised premium service and a Volvo when I turn mine in for service if under warranty. The service advisors do not even tell you that you have a free loaner option. Then, you have to reserve it a week in advance or they will stick you with an Enterprise "crap car". Unacceptable!

BJ and the other service personnel at Don Beyer Dulles have always provided a quality product. They have always set appropriate expectations and then met or exceeded those expectations on a consistent basis.<br><br>I also have a BMW from a dealership acoss the street and the BMW service personnel know the benchmark they are being measured against.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Don Beyer Volvo - Dulles to anyone.

My Review of Don Beyer Volvo - Dulles:
We have taken our Volvo 850 to Don Beyer for service several times since we bought it from them in 1995. We finally stopped doing so because incredible as it may seem, every time we got the car back something else was broken or broke soon after. Recently, we received a recall notice to replace some seals in the fuel system and we used Don Beyer because he is the only Volvo dealer close by to us. The people were nice, we were given a loaner and the car was ready quickly the same day. When we got home with it the radio antenna stopped retracting automatically. When we called them, the service people were just astonished at the coincidence. We are not. Never Again.
