My father had been in contact with those at the dealership days prior to the day we actually visited. When we arrived, they had the vehicle we were looking into ready and waiting. The man my father had originally spoke to was unavailable when we arrived but other salesmen were not hesitant in the least to step up and assist us. We took the SUV for a nice test drive. The salesman gave us a lot of information about the vehicle and was very helpful. Everyone was willing to work with us and helped the purchase of my first vehicle go smoothly. Everything down to the finances worked out wonderfully and I was able to walk away with a car that means more to me than most could imagine. I am beyond pleased with my experience.

From my first inital contact with John over the phone I had a good feeling about working with him. I explained to him my situation over the phone and he assured me that he would be able to get me approved. When I arrived at the dealership he honored his word he was able to put me in the car I wanted and get me approved even with my bad credit. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a salesman that will listen to them and work to ensure they are satisfied and get what they want.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life. The team was very personable, and worked with me to ensure I got the best vehicle I could within my budget. The common car buying "struggle" was non-existent, and the process went by very smoothly and quickly. I won't buy a car from anywhere else, and I will be referring everyone I know in the market for a new care to this location.

Words cannot explained the amazing experience I had with Don Davis dealership, from Sales to the Finance department. Mike Densmore (Sales Rep) was amazing!. He made me feel so comfortable from the moment he greeted me and my husband at the door to the moment We drove off with our Brand New!- 2013 Dodge Avenger! I absolutely love it. I will always and forever be thankful for his kindness and honesty! If you are in the market for a Jeep, let me save you some time and aggravation. My son had been looking for months for a used Jeep and we finally found what we were looking for at Don Davis in Arlington. Not only, did they not waste my time waiting to test drive it or negotiating a fair price, they had the Jeep ready when promised. Our sales guy, Chris Smith, knows all about Jeeps and answered questions other dealerships could not answer. He spoke directly to my son since he would be the primary driver. Then when the plates came in he drove from Arlington to keller to put them on the Jeep for me. Awesome. Chris, You Rock!!!

Extremely easy to deal with. I filled out a form online one evening, got a call with a great price for the specific vehicle I wanted, showed up the next morning to have it ready for me. Randall walked me through all the details of the vehicle, gave me the price we discussed, got the deal done and was out within 2 hours. Couldn't ask for more.
