My Review of Don Miller:
Appreciate the quality of service - the service department has provided either loaners or a ride each time, and has given me good service at a good price. Have always been treated with respect. The guys are also very interesting to talk to - they know their stuff. In addition, they were very easy to work with the couple of times I have needed warranty service.
P.S. Love my Speed3!

My Review of Don Miller:
I lease a Mazda 3 from Don Miller Mazda on Odana Road. They helped me pick out a car and processed the paperwork so I could take the car home that day. I absolutely love the car.

I have had the car in for routine service and been very pleased with how flexible they were in making an appointment. The service manager, Bob Bratvold, was very good at explaining what needed to be done. He also helped me when I had an accident and the car needed some body work done. He set everything up for me and made sure the insurance company was on the same page. They gave me a rental to drive while mine was being fixed. It looks good as new.

My Review of Don Miller:
We have always received excellent service whether it was for normal maintenance or factory recalls.
Always received fair deals on vehicle leasing and purchases.
Friendly sales and service personnel.
It's by far the best Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership in the Madison area.

My Review of Don Miller:
We took our new Jeep in for its first oil change. We waited in their waiting area until the oil change was complete. Where we were sitting in the waiting area, we can see the front and side of the service building. Our Jeep came flying, and I do mean flying, around the building and into the area to be picked up. Our face’s turned red with anger. We went out and told the clerk that we were not happy on how fast this kid came flying in. He said he noticed that, and will talk to the kid. We paid for the oil change, asked to talk to the service manager who, as it turns out, was the father of the kid who came flying in. We expressed our concerns and how this kid needs to realize these are other people’s vehicles that they use to get to work and should be treated with respect. The manager said he will talk to the kid. We explained that this was our first and probably last time going to Don Miller. If they treat customer cars like that when we can see them, what do they do when we can’t?

My Review of Don Miller:
My 2008 Dodge Durango developed an fluid leak coming from somewhere in the engine area. First visit to Don Miller was a claim that it was "condensation". Second visit to Don Miller was same explanation (couldn't find leak), despite my claims of it dripping fluid on my driveway (didn't evaporate). Thrid trip to Don Miller with evidence in tow (cardboard with large oily stains visible) resulted in recommendation to change the oil and oil filter (claimed it seemed to be leaking from the filter). Once home, fluid still leaking onto my driveway. They obviously don't know where the leak is coming from, or don't really do a thorough job investigating. Won't be going back there!

My Review of Don Miller:
I have 2001 Mazda Tribute and I have been taking it to Don Miller Mazda Dealer for service for the pass two years. Some how yesterday when I called for some engine work, they informed me that they have no record of servicing my car. I know I been doing business with them for the past two years because I have receipts for every time I’ve taken my vehicle for service. It’s very odd that they have no record of servicing my Tribute. Are they trying to cover mistakes they done to my vehicle? This new engine service turns out to be a major under taking, which requires my engine to be taken apart. After I explain to them what I need to be done, they notified me of the missing record. This leads me to suspect that they’re trying to cover something up. The reason for my suspicious is that my car started to act up after the initial engine work done by them about a year ago. The first sign was that I couldn't start my car one week after the first engine work. They told me my air filter was loose. How could a loose filter prevent a car from starting up? After that, my car started to run funny. I don't know the mechanical terms but it shakes while idling and making all these weir noises. I took it in but they told me everything was fine. It ran fine only a few days afterward but since the first engine work it has never been the same. It's very frustrating now that my car is totaling dead and when I need then most they informed me that they have no record of working on my car. They’re technically trying to dump me and wash their hands of ever doing business with me. This is not how a professional business establishment should treat their customers. All I have to say is that they have lost a loyal customer and I regret the day I purchased my other Mazda vehicle from them. It's too bad that it’s still warranty with them and I hope they don't treat this car like my Tribute. These will be last two Mazda. I will never buy a Mazda car ever especially from Don Miller. To compare dealerships, I have to say Zimbrick is so much better. They treat their customers professionally and I'm glad I purchased a car from them for my husband. I know they will not treat him like Don Miller Mazda treated me.

My Review of Don Miller:
Was quoted one price for the vehicle when scheduling. Was advised of a price 2x's what was quoted. Spoke with Service manager who was a complete jacka** and would not honor quoted price for service that was exactly the problem no additional work was needed. The Customer service manager talked down to me and stated that the price he now quotes is fianl. I then called another Don Miller location and received a quote for lesser amount. Decided not to go with Don Miller after all. Found a better price at another Place with better customer service.

My Review of Don Miller:
Not told price in advance.Myfault I assumed it would be fair.
Charged way too much for simple repair (30 minut job).
Work done that was unnecessary and too expensive.
Service manager pointed to incorect part when explaining repair.
I had to demand old parts be returned to me.
Service Manager called me a liar to my face in front of other customers and emplyees.
Oil change, tie rod ends, tension arm on serpentine belt. Over $450. Glad I didn't go for unneeded brake pads.
Too may good dealers around to mess with one like this.

My Review of Don Miller:
Took vehicle in for regular maintenance. That night when I got home they had sent me an email with a coupon fo 10% off needed repairs plus $8.00 off the service, plus free wiper blades. I spoke to the service manager and he refused to honor the coupon. It would have saved me about $50.00 all told. Too bad too because I'm in the market for a new van soon and would have gone back to this dealer if not for the service manager's short sightedness. I had a similar thing happen with a coupon at another dealer earlier this year and the dealer (Zimbrick of Madison) gladly honored the coupon as you would expect any business to do. I will gladly be buying my new vehicle somewhere else. This dealership's service is way overpriced and the service manager's refusal to honor the coupon was petty and short sighted.
