My Review of Don Rasmussen Co.:
The service department at Don Rasmussen Wilsonville Mercedes is without any doubt the worst we have experienced for any of the vehicles we have owned. A couple of examples of our experience with our CLK 430. We had a problem with clock running slow, losing 2-3 minutes a day, their diagnosis the clock was running on European time. Most recently, the car was damaged during an attempted theft. While the damage was relatively minor, they have had the car for more than 2-months and we are still waiting. The service manager just doesn’t give a damn and has hard time understanding the concept of integrity. This dealership is the reason why we are selling the vehicle and purchasing a BMW….if we ever get our CLK returned to us.
