My Review of Don Vance Ford Sales:
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Don Vance. I will never purchase or recommend anything from you again! I called for a simple service question to see if I needed a service call and the lady (the manager) said the service tech would have to call me on his own time....what how stupid. This lady was very very rude and snotty. I own a local business in the area and have for 10 years, if I treated my customers in the fashion you treated me I would have no business. I hear complaints about your store weekly and am very suprised you are still in business. You folks better wake up and pull your head out of your uptight ass.<br><br>
