My husband was referred to this dealership and to the salesman, Robert Garcia, by a friend. Looking to purchase a vehicle has never been a pleasant experience in the past. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Robert Garcia and his detailed knowledge of the vehicles and their features. We were treated with respect and at no time did we feel pressured to make the purchase. Robert Garcia dedicated his time to us. For the first time purchasing a vehicle was not only painless, but a delightful experience. We will be recommending your dealership, and salesperson, Robert Garcia, to our friends and family.

My Review of Doral Buick GMC:
Dealing with Doral GMC & Alex Camblor was very refreshing. He was honest and very straightforward. The level of professionalism extended to every person on the Doral team from Rody in Finance to Carlos on the detail team was impressive. They followed through on every incentive on the GMC website and went out their way to making the buying experience work with my schedule. This was polar opposite of my experience with another GMC dealership north of them that will remain nameless. I walked away with an excellent vehicle in a GMC Denali. I am very pleased with my experience. I hands down recommend Doral & Alex to anyone looking into a GMC. Do not buy a GMC from anywhere or anyone else in South Florida!!

My Review of Doral Buick GMC:
Yoni Martinez, Yosmel Tundidor and Jairo Pinilla really went the extra mile to get me the best deal possible on the lease of my 2012 Buick LaCrosse! In addition, I was impressed at how quickly I was attended to considering that the entire leasing process took about 1 hour from the moment we drove the vehicle prior to leasing it until we left the lot with it! I would recommend my friends and family to Doral Buick and will be glad to do business with them again in the future.

My Cadillac was involved in an accident and the airbags deployed so I took it to the GMC dealer so they could replace and reprogram everything back and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Adan was extremely helpful! I got my car in just a few days and it’s PERFECT! I also need to thank Antonio and Marty for their outstanding work!

My Review of Doral Buick GMC:
I was given a new car with 1016, and a couple of minoe things wrong. People I dealt with, specially Mr Gasper, were going to change the car, but they lied to me and my wife. They never had the intention of helping us. I referred them to BBB and they were very dishonest. By the way, I have plenty of proof

My Review of Doral Buick GMC:
I live Key West Florida I found a car on the dealer web site nice car good price. Called and made appointment for2 days later to drive the 6 hour trip to buy the car. While me and my wife was making the drive up the the dealership call us to comfrim appointment for 10:30 that day and I ask if they still had the car and they said yes. When we arrived at 11:00 am Sales manger said they sold that car last night. Then he started his BATE AND SWITCH to make us bye a higher price car so we left. I called the GM Eric and his said he would mail me a check for 100.00 for my gas that never happened. Then I told him I would put the review on the internet. He said he would respond to this review by telling everyone we have bad credit. I need to add we bought a 2010 Dodge Caravan that day and put down 5000.00 plus paid tax another 2000.00 from another dealership. Doral GMC IN MY EYES A BATE AND SWITCH DEALERSHIP. Thank for you time Michael

That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership.

As we discussed on the phone, it was a misunderstanding between our receptionist and the salesman as to the vehicle selling the night before you arrived. As you remember, we promised to get you the exact same vehicle at the same price. However, it was out of our control that you could not get approved by any of our banks.

We also apologize that we could not accept the $100 gas offer in return for you not posting this negetive review. It is just not the way we do business.
