My Review of Dorschel:
Being an exclusive Saab dealer, Dorschel feels that Customer Service is secondary to profits. Obviously, that is a misinformed assumption. You would think that when buying a luxury vehicle you would also get a higher level of service, yet after spending just 5 minutes at the store, it becomes evident that service is not a part of the deal. The management team doesn't appear to ever leave the comfort of their chairs. No friendly hello to ANY customer, just a dull stare, nothing more. This behavior persists throught the Dorschel locations. In fact their Toyta store might be the worst of them all. Amazing how in the customer-oriented market, we still find inept businesses like Dorschel. Thanks for re-inforcing the sleazy image of car dealers. That must be what they mean by the Dorschel difference.
