My Review of Doug Reid Autoplex:
I brought a 2004 Dodge status from this dealership. I thought that it was a great car at first, but about one month after buying it, it began to skip will driving. This car lot is a rip off. The cars look good but don't run good! Don't let them convince you to buy nothing. Also, there interest rates are very, very high. By the time you pay for the car, you will have paid for two vehicles. Don't buy not one car from this dealership. Oh one last thing. I gave them a 400.00 check to hold until I took cash to them for a down payment, on the day that I gave them the cash, they were suppose to give me my check back and come to find out,they cashed the check and took my cash money. When i asked what happened, they said that the secretary that was present when I bought my car had quit, that means that i just paid 800.00 for a down payment, and all they asked for was 400.00! They are cons... believe me!!!! And don't ever buy a warranty from them because It's not worth it.

I have dealt with Mr. Reid for years. Bought my first car from him in 1995, a 1990 Chevy PU that I still have. I had shopped everywhere and just could not find the truck/helpful salespeople anywhere else. I have since bought my wife 2 cars from Mr. Reid and my daughter a convertable. And I have kept the 90 Chevy for a work truck and bought an Avalange from him last year that may turn out to be the best truck I've ever owned. Why buy a new vehicle when Mr. Reid can save you $1,000's on great quality used cars and trucks. Walter Wallace Trussville AL.
Why do I give this dealer all 5's? There is no need wasting your time anywhere else, you'll save time and money with Doug Reid!
