We went here to look at an FX35. We found it online (BTW they have a great website and videos) and it had the exact color and options we wanted. We were very impressed with the dealership as a whole. It was very clean and inviting. We had to travel almost two hours but it was well worth the trip! Mike helped us out and was very knowlegable with the car. He gave us a great test drive (both my wife and I got a swing at it)that let us see what life with the car would be like. We drove through the city, some back roads, and the interstate. Mike was very patient with us and our 18 month old as we took several hours to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We were treated great and had the best car buying experience. This was our first Infiniti and we couldn't be happier! From the moment you walk in to when you get into your new car you are treated to a very professional and fun staff. We have purchased many cars and this place set the bar. When it comes time to get another, no question, we will be coming back here!

I continue to be a loyal customer of Douglas and have been for years. I work with alexis and never have anything but a great experience. Douglas is super convenient and Alexis always has a driver ready to drop me off at the train station I am able to drop my car off and get it back the same day, resonable cost and always washed and looking better than when i dropped it off!

I was looking to buy a 7-seater SUV/CUV for my wife. I had shortlisted Acura MDX, Infiniti JX35 and Audi Q7 with my homework done on the Internet. Now, it was time to get an extended test drive and decide among them. Douglas Infiniti is not the closest Infiniti dealership for me but I found them when I got preliminary quotes from my Credit Union car buying service. I called Aaron and he gave me a JX loaded with exactly the same packages I was looking for and I kept it for a whole weekend to test it. My wife and I were convinced it was the car for us. I thought we now got to the hard part of negotiating the best price and wow, I was pleasantly disappointed. My credit union gave me 3 quotes from 3 different Infiniti dealers in a 50 miles radius. Douglas wasn't the lowest but they matched the low price on the other 2 dealers even though they're not really obligated to do that. Now, price apart, the whole experience of buying was outstanding - no pressure, honest dealings, simple and easy to understand paperwork and things did turn out the way we expected it to!

Deciding on the car is the hard part but if you do decide on an Infiniti, I strongly recommend Douglas. This review is for their sales team only - I'm yet to test their service department which I will in August for my 1st service.

I had been looking for a 7 passenger vehicle for my wife and had considered sticking with what I had bought in the past, Mercedes, or looking at new options such as Buick, Audi, Infinity, etc. I went to the Buick dealer and liked the product but the service was so poor I did not see buying from them. Then I went to Audi and looked at the A7 and was shocked on how poor the service was for a $70K car. I drove to Douglas Infinity quick to just look on the lot. When I was pulling out the salesperson, Aaron, waved at me, I rolled down the window and he asked if I needed any help. I said I would have to come back later and he gave me his name and said he would be happy to help. I went back, he was very accommodating and right away set me up on a test drive and even offered that I could bring the car home for my wife to see. I did not have time to purchase then but I said I would be back. He told me the options, costs, etc. I left on vacation and he had ordered the car I wanted and let me know it was there when I came back and was mine. I never gave a deposit at this point but he went out of his way to do this and no pressure at all. I communicated mostly via email which also made the process very easy. I finally came in to buy the car and Aaron again made the process painless. In an hour all the paperwork was done and I was on my way.

I never before considered an Infinity as I have always driven Mercedes or Jaguar but I must say that after this experience I will be back and certainly would recommend Aaron at Douglas Infinity to anyone. Thank you for the positive experience.

From my initial contact through the sale everything was better than could be expected. From every touch point until I drove out of the dealership I truly felt like my business was appreciated and I was not treated like someone just trying to make a sale. I fully recommend this dealership and Aaron Goodwin in particular. Buying a car should always be this easy.

Let me first say that I am on my 6th Infiniti through Douglas and Gil has been my sales rep for all of them! That should say it all!
I keep coming back because he is a professional and the Douglas employees are second to none. It makes the buying/leasing experience stress free . Always competitive with their pricing and they are willing to go above and beyond any other dealer I have ever talked to.
The service Department is also exceptional.
I have recommended my family and friends to Gil and they all have purchased cars from him. In fact I even bought 2 very nice used cars for family members at Douglas and Gil helped me with that as well.
I have had nothing but a five star experience with the Douglas dealership.

This was the most straigh forward process I have even been apart of. We agreed over the phomne about pricing, Mike was upfront throughout the process and I drove 3 hours to get the SUV. They gave me an amazing video of the car and Honestly I was waiting for the ball to drop and it never did.; If he was closer I would never buy a car anywhere else.
