My Review of Douglas Infiniti:
This salesman misrepresented the dealership, falsified documentation and committed fraud. He is a member of www.myg37.com a public internet forum where he has attempted to sell vehicles and his own vehicle as well. I am in the process of filling a BBB & Infiniti Consumer Affairs claim. Hopefully the dealership takes ownership of his fraud and resolves it in a timely manner.

My Review of Douglas Infiniti:
From beginning to end the experience was pressure-free. Carey Jackson and Jamie Fishbain treated me like family the entire time. I bought a QX 56 in December of 2011 and was so happy, I went back to buy a second car in May of 2012. I would recommended Douglas Infiniti to everyone because of the no hassle, very respectful nature that you are treated by their entire staff. I have bought mostly Lexus in the past, but have been very quickly transformed to being a loyal Infiniti owner. Keep up the good work gentlemen it is very refreshing to experience such genuine and exceptional treatment during the car buying process!!

Noticed a few minor faults with a certified pre-owned and had it fixed in one day!

The service was very prompt and a breeze to get in and out.

My Review of Douglas Infiniti:
Was attempting to get out of my old G37 lease five months early. Called multiple dealers and no one would give me a decent price. Called my current dealer and he was not able to work out a deal either.

Alan called me and within five minutes gave me a great offer. No games or BS. Very surprising and refreshing experience. Would definitely recommend and will do business with in the future. My old dealership was Salerno Duane in Denville. Had a very bad experience with Infiniti of Clifton. Agreed to price over the phone. When I came in, the 'manager' presented with a different price and would not budge. Also received bogus figures from Infiniti of Englewood. Don't plan to waste my time in the future with those dealerships.

Excellent customer service, worked out all details of the final deal in our favor. Slight misunderstanding was totally absorbed by dealership without hesitation. All members of team had pleasant nature. Arranged all scheduling with us. Helped deal with return of old (non-Infiniti) lease. Recommend dealership and cars to all.

My Review of Douglas Infiniti:
I love getting a new car, but the process of buying it can be painful. Gil made me feel comfortable from the start, helped me with the choice of color and made me feel he was there to help, not just sell. They were upfront and fair about the price and there were no salesy remarks like " what will it take to get you in this car tonight." I wold recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an Infinit. My M37 is great and I am glad I bought it from Gil and Douglas Infiniti.
