Aaron was pleasant, professional and accommodating. He listened, whether it was scheduling time for a test drive, finding a pre-owned car in my price range with features that were important to me or listening to my stream of conscientiousness musings during the test drives. He was always pleasant and professional. I found a wonderful pre-owned car that I am really enjoying thanks to Aaron. He made the whole process very easy.

I was hearing some strange noises from my car, so, I brought it in. Alexis M. was so professional. I didnt feel like I was getting "sold" anything. Just an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!

I was in no rush to get rid of my 06 Sonata, but had a day off last week and decided to go try out a few new cars from several different dealerships. Two days later, I was driving home with a brand new G37x and that is all thanks to the amazing experience I had with Aaron and the whole Douglas Infiniti team. Aaron started by taking me through an amazingly detailed tour of the car, inside and out, before I even ended up in the driver seat. He took me for an real test drive too, through residential and highway roads and for a lot longer than the 2 minute drives I was being led through at other dealerships. He was personable, knowledgeable, and never once pressured me into making a purchase. The whole Douglas team was interested more in making me feel comfortable and than trying to push a car on me which was a welcome change of pace. I went back two days later, bringing my fiance so she could get behind the wheel as well. She was thrilled with the experience too and I was convinced I had found the perfect dealership to do business with. I'm definitely looking forward to doing business with Aaron and Douglas Infiniti again when my lease is up!

Aaron is terrific! When my first Infiniti lease was close to going up, Infiniti offered me a great deal to lease another G45. The transition to a new car couldn't have been any simpler. Aaron from Douglas Infiniti in Summit, was still still at the dealership and it was a pleasure to work with him again 36 months later. He spent time explaining the terms of the lease agreement and helping me set up new features and my phone. Aaron's friendliness, knowledge and helpful service always exceed my expectations. I look forward to working with him again three years from now.

Purchased new car from this dealer. Everything on the up and up. No hassle, no pressure purchase. Steve was upfront right out of the gate and gave me a good price (better than the ones listed on Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds). Also, got a good/fair price on my trade in. Would definitely recommend this dealer. Great financing department as well. No high pressure final add ons that I have experienced from other dealers in the past.

A dealership that goes beyond most others. Check out the video of the new JX created by one of their sales people. That's what attracted me to them. Alan took care of us right from the first call and two more visits to close the deal. Alan knew his numbers and was eager to help us close the deal quickly.
The experience was better than the bigger dealerships which are not as eager to make the deal and tend to be inflexible.

Just leased my third Infiniti G37 from Douglas Infiniti. I guess you can call me a very satisfied customer. This dealership is located 35 miles from my home, but the positive experiences I've had with the sales representative (Gil Coronado) encourage me to travel that distance. Douglas' sales personnel and finance personnel are very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. They are willing to work very closely with their clients to give them the best deal possible.

The service department at Douglas Infiniti is also top-notch. Again, I will travel 70 miles round trip to have my car serviced. The service managers and service techs are very capable of making certain one's car is maintained or repaired correctly. During the service period, I am always given a loaner car free of charge. When I had an Audi, I had to rent the loaner car from the dealership.

I am excited to be driving my third Infiniti and look forward to a long relationship with Douglas Infiniti.

Car purchasing doesn't get any better than this. The total experience from web inquiry to driving off with the car lasted from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on 2/23/13. Aaron is the consumate professional and I have to believe that this transcends within the dealership itself. We arrived at the dealership around noon and at 1:30, the deal was sealed after test driving 2 vehicles, negotiating the deal, credit checks, paperwork etc etc. The car was going to be prepped for delvery so Aaron sensing that our 2 kids were hungry sent us to a local restaurant for lunch and the dealership picked up the tab. Douglas Infiniti has my strongest recommendation. Aaron Goodwin is a friendly car salesman which is rare.
