My Review of Douglas Nissan of Huntington Beach:
Horrible Dealership!!! BUYER BEWARE .
I called up the fleet manager on January 15th, 2007 and told him I wanted a 2006 Titan LE, crew cab 4x4, red alert, with the off road package and TOW PACKAGE. Sick truck right...i thought so too. He does a search and finds 3 on the west coast, 2 in cali and 1 in AZ. When I get down to the dealership he tells me that he found one in Temelcua, like 30 miles away....it has everytying but the Tow Package. "No problem" he says "we can add that here". Sounds good so far right.
The truck gets in the next day and I go sign all the paper work and take the truck home....*****ing ride, everythings good. The next morning I'm going through all the buttons, switches, chairs....new car things...and I notice it doesn't have the transmission temperature guage like it should. That's weird I thought...all Big Tow Titans come with that. I checked out the rest of the truck and it's supposed to have a higher capacity battery that isn't there either. I called up the same guy that sold the truck to me and he told me he'd look into it.
To make a long story short, 33 days and 8-9 trips to the dealer in person later, they are telling me that they can't put in the transmission temp guage because the wiring harness is different.
they are refusing to put in the transmission temp gauge which is included in the factory tow package, which I paid for and is on my due bill. The due bill reads "ADD FAC TOW PACKAGE".
