My Review of Douglas Nissan:
This dealership is shady and their sales and finance staff are full of scams. They sold me on a new car, when I went in looking for a used one, then they made me a deal, let me drive the car for two weeks, and then asked me to come back and put more money down, because apparently they had not made enough money on the deal. Credit was not an issue, and my income is excellent. They just realized that they discounted the car too much, and then tried to scam me into giving them more money - after I had a signed contract and had driven the car for two weeks, insured it, and had even taken it out of town. I refused to give them more money, and I reclaimed my trade. Douglas Nissan completely wasted my time! I was adamant when I went in that I did not want to waste time, and if they couldn't do the deal within my parameters, then I would just take my car and go elsewhere. It's almost like they were trying to get back at me. "I'll show her - do the deal within her parameters - HA!" I would not give this dealership a dime of my money and I would not recommend them to ANYONE!

My Review of Douglas Nissan:
We went in to just look at new Nissans. We were planning on buying from another dealership in town, since my bank had special online for that specific dealership. They had a bigger variety of inventroy than the other dealer, so we found the exact car we wanted, from the right color to the right options. Then they not only took the bank's quoted price but they also beat it. I the entire sale including taxes and fees totaled over 1000 dollars less than MSRP.

I wish ther were negative numbers on the score chart. After having plenty of info and being well informed on exactly what I wanted. I walked into the dealershio scoping my perspective sales guy. Eric looked like a nice guy and actually was for quite some time. I wanted to special order a new frontier and took one they had on the lot for a test drive. All was well Eric and I walked back into the dealership he asked if I was ready to order, then the HELL began. He asked for 8k down and I would still have payments of over 600. (shock therapy). They told me the info I had printed directly from nissanusa.com was incorrect and tried to throw every scam I had ever heard of (once being in car sales myself). I have since heard horror storys about this dealership even from co- workers of mine. I work almost an hour away. WHY CANT DEALERSHIPS EVOLVE -the truth

i was a little hesitant about buying a car in general. I hate high pressure and will leave first. Douglas Nissan did everything RIGHT. I was very impressed with their internet division and its manager, Alan. He introduced me to Sergio, who took the time to explain things to me and make me feel very relaxed. There was no pushing to buy the newer model etc. I was very impressed and would highly recommend the internet division, especially Alan and Sergio.

My wife and I have purchased different vehicles from various brands for quite sometime now, and our experience in some of those dealerships range from dreadful to extremely unpleasant. Which is why every time we buy a car, we try a different dealership. <br><br>Attempting our &#8216;luck&#8217; one more time, I drove my wife to a store that I have not heard of - Douglas Nissan in the Valley Automall.<br><br>In our recent quest of purchasing a new car, we have already prepared ourselves to be treated like the previous appalling encounters. Nevertheless, there&#8217;s one young man that deserves top-quality recognition. Ben Sahagun have shown my wife and I that there is always one company that stands out from the crowd. Our buying experience was painless, and quite enjoyable I might add. This young gentleman had a vast knowledge of the Nissan products, and other brand names. Ben&#8217;s talents were exceptionally valuable as he was exceedingly accommodating in every way possible.<br><br>Anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the future, and want a trouble-free experience, please don&#8217;t disregard Ben Sahagun from Douglas Nissan. Needless to say my wife and I will send our family and friends to him.<br><br>One last point I would like to say is that not only did we drive away in a brand new Nissan,.... we also gained a friendship.<br>
