My Review of Dover AutoWorld Honda:
Casey was great to deal with. Exception to the norm. Extremely knowlegable. I got the car and color I wanted at a good price.
The reason for the 3 I scored for "customer service" is because their on-line site offered a coupon for $400.00 to spend on options at no cost to you! When I got there (a 40 minute drive) I told Casey that I left it at home..he told the manager and the manager said " oh, it's too bad and too late...you needed to bring it with you. I was out the $400 giveaway. Casey seemed embarrassed for her behavior.
