My Review of Downtown Honda:
I should have walked away from the deal but didn't because I liked the car, but.....
1. 2006 car with 30,000 miles with bluebook value of $17,400 they listed for $19,999.
2. Talked them down to $17,750 but finance manager put down $17,490 like I really wanted.
3. Car was trade-in the night before so it needed to be cleaned up and few other things done. I bought it Sunday night. Gave them all week to take care of things. Which they couldn't get done because once the car had been detailed they put it back on the lot for sale.
4. Thursday got a letter from Bank stating I was denied credit. So went round and round with finance manager as to who was telling the truth.
5. They were suppose to put a new bumper on it and didn't. They lied.
6. Said it would have a full tank of gas. They lied it didn't.
7. Said I would get a free LOF and dinner. They lied I didn't.
Plain and simple the lack of communication there is totally unacceptable.
Stay away from this place.
