My Review of Downtown Toyota:
Was recommeded to this dealer by a friend. Got a fair price on a new Camry. I have since sent 2 friends to them for vehicles, who have had the same results. If they didn't have the cars, they were willing to get them but we decided on one in stock. Will continue to recommend. Salesman was down to earth, knowledgable, and low pressure.

My Review of Downtown Toyota:
Put money down, signed all papers and ordered a 2009 v6 LE Camry to be delivered in about a week. A couple days before the delivery date I called to verify the date. Oops sorry didn't your sales guy call a couple days ago and tell you that the car we sold you was actually already sold by another dealer, but we have one with the same specs coming and it will be in before the expected delivery date of the original car. No problem just what I wanted to do is come in and sign a bunch more papers, but it will be in tomorrow. So I empty out my trade in and take it to work so I'll have it ready to make the swap. I get a call the next day, oops the second car we ordered for you is a 2008, but we'll make a great deal on it for you. I had to tell my sales guy and 2 managers no thanks. The great deal was only the difference in the MSRP between the 2008 and 2009. What a great deal for them. I was ready to come in an cancel the order but they convinced me they could still deliver a similar car to the one I have already started paying for by the original expected delivery date. The car is supposed to be in tomorrow. We'll see. Oh.. and since we value your business we are giving you a VIP card good for the first and fifth oil change for free. When/if I ever get my new car I'm going to give my VIP card to some other poor sole in the process of purchasing a new car. I won't even be taking it back for the first free oil change. Not a chance. Call the other dealers close by. Parker Toyota was willing to make a better deal on the same car for less. Silly me I didn't want do make the 40 mile drive so went with Downtown Toyota. A mistake I will never make again.

These guys are cheaters; They said they are going to give me V6 Highlander &amp; delivered V4 Highlander;<br><br>Refused to take back &amp; end up in paying $2000.00 more to get V6 Highlander. Arrogant, god will not keep them &amp; their family &amp; children safe.<br><br>NEVER NEVER NEVER goto these GUYS or VISIT this downtown toyota. Go Somewhere else be careful.<br>
