My Review of Dreyer & Reinbold BMW:
Dreyer and Reinbold BMW on the Northside is by far the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Even though they have many high profile and wealthy customers buying several cars at a time, Mr. Baker treated my family and me like royalty even though we were only buying a new 3-series. Recommend to all.

My Review of Dreyer & Reinbold BMW:
I have found the service department to be adequate. The only reason I give that area a "3" mark is everthing is extremly overpriced. For example I had to pay 235.00 for a battery! It seems that BMW batteries have a unique holding "bay", hence only their batteries will fit. I found a smilar battery with same specs for 75.00, however as shared only BMW batteries fit. I have purchased two Certified 740i's and you really have to work hard to get a good deal. They are the only game in town. They are good people to work with.

I'm torn with these people, they were extremely helpful and eager to work with me when I was looking at the new 5series, discussed every possibility, beverages, test drives, etc. Their prices are quite ridiculous however, especially their preowned inventory. <br><br>I have to give them credit for keeping a straight face when they told me the 530i, with minimal options, I wanted would be $53k.<br><br>I passed.

My car is still under warrenty. I have called the service department 3 times because my oil light keeps coming on after I had it serviced and the oil changed. They told me just to put more oil in.<br>This problem is re-occuring and when I tried again to schedule an appointment for service I was told to top of the oil, or buy some oil and they would put it in for me. My car is not due for oil service and I don't believe I should be topping off my oil this often. I finally got an appointment now that my warrenty has almost expired. I don't feel I should have to become adament or rude with my service provider, but this seems to be a reoccurce with this dealer. I will buy out of town before ever buying from this dealer again.<br>

Just bought a 325xi from D&amp;R. The sales staff was knowledagble and courteous. And unlike some of the other reviews I was able to get quite a good deal on the car I chose. But the best part of the entire visit is the way you're treated while you're there as well as the service. I would recommend buying from D&amp;R.

This is the 5th BMW I have bought from Dreyer over a 10+ year period. Never anything but the best in sales and service. Carl is in a league of his own. He never forgets my name! Pricing is not down and dirty, but fair. Everyone is always very pleasant to me and to the others I have recommended to go in to buy. Dreyer also supports the local BMW CCA chapter in their events. Great chapter, btw!<br><br>It doesn't get any better than this.

Arrogant group of people. They have a hold on central Indiana BMW sales, so they feel like they can treat people any which way they want. Quite rude and condescending people. Would not let me test drive a 325i. Later bought a C32. Will never consider a BMW because of the people at D&amp;R. Prices are horrible as well. There are other good bmw's you just have to drive a little more.

Great dealership customer service wise. Prices leave a little to be desired though. They really do not bend from MSRP. I would think maybe once you are a regular customer they might. However, paying the premium is worth it. They do have free Saturday car washes and BMW loaners for customers who bought their car at D&R.
