After visiting another high pressure dealership, we went to Driver's Way and met Bruno. He was extremely professional, patient and helpful. His knowledge of the inventory was remarkable. We looked at several different vehicles before making our choice. Bruno fully explained every detail and was a tremendous help in our selection. I will utilize Driver's Way again and would recommend Bruno to anyone in the market for a great car purchasing experience without all the junk that is typical at other dealerships.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Camara patiently fielded all my questions, even making her self available via text and email. (Which in my line of work was a lifesaver). By the time I got to the dealership all I had left to do was test drive the car! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful and put my mind at ease. Since the purchase Camara has continued to provide such great support.

So, would I recommend this dealership? Yes. I already did. And my friend bought a new car there as well. And he's just as thrilled as I am!

We are so happy with Drivers Way and our sales assistant, Anthony Hardin. He has been straight forward, honest, professional, and courteous. Calls and emails were promptly returned. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about both the vehicle and the sales process, and at no time did we feel pressured to buy or to make a rash decision. Such was not the case in our home city of Jackson, MS and it was worth the 4 hour drive for such a pleasant car buying experience. My husband and I felt such a peace of mind dealing with Drivers Way and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle. Purchase price of my new vehicle was excellent. Trade in value of my car was spot on. Jeff really helped move the buying process along and didn't keep us there all day. When we discovered a missing floormat in our new car, he had a new set on our doorstep within two or three days. I was very skeptical of Drivers Way but Jeff totally changed my opinion. Would highly recommend looking him up if you need a new used car. No cheese, no schmooze just a simple, straightforward car purchase.

Jeff DiGiorgio made my second buying experience with Drivers Way a true pleasure! My husband and I had a very pleasant and professional experience with Drivers Way in Pelham, AL. Our Sales Representative, Bruno Riechert was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and the high pressure at "regular" dealerships was very disheartening. We also tried internet shopping through the dealerships. All we got back from them was form letters and that was a total waste of our time.

Bruno was such a breath of fresh air and dealing with Drivers Way was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Bruno to my friends and family. In fact, a friend came with me to pick up my car and I told her she should deal with Bruno at Drivers Way when she gets ready to purchase a car.

Everyone at Driver's Way was exceptionally friendly, Especially Kirk. I would rate my trade-in and buying experience 5 out of 5 stars. Kirk went out of his way to answer my questions and help me make my decision. He even met me halfway between Nashville and Bham to exchange cars! I will definitely be returning when it is time to trade this car in.
