My Review of Driver's World:
I visited Drivers World to help my son locate a 2006 Acura TSX. From the moment I entered the dealership I was immdediately greeted by Vicki Abbott (Sales Consultant) and soon after I was greeted by Rick Wilson (GM). Vicki quickly established rapport and quickly earned my trust because of her friendliness and professionalism. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she quickly directed me to the vehicles that matched my needs. She asked If I wanted to take the car to my son's place of employment but respectfully declined because I had plans to have lunch with my wife. I did assure her that we would return after my son got off work. We actuallly ran about 45 minutes late but upon our arrival she didn't complain and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. I also think she stayed passed her scheduled shift just to service us although she never admitted it. The price offered for the vehicle was a good price. The vehicle was immaculate and after my son test drove it ... we purchased it. The very next person we dealt with was Jason Rayner (Finance Coordinator). Jason, like Vicki Abbott and Rick Wilson, exhibited the same qualities. Very friendly yet very professional. He quickly got us on our way as he noticed my son couldn't wait to start driving his newly purchased ACURA TSX. In closing, I will not hesitate to highly recommend visiting Driver's World for any of their used car purchases. The staff is outstanding. Thank you so much Driver's World for making our car purchase easy and painless. The staff here definitely earned my praise. Again, thank you so much and God Bless!

I had a great experience at Drivers World. My sales person was patient and answered all my questions. The purchasing process was quick and painless, they did all the paperwork there and I never had to step foot into a DMV. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. My Review of Driver's World:
I am a young U.S. sailor and shopping for a used car is not easy. Many dealerships take advantage of service members but this was not the case in Driver's World. The moment I walked in used car dealer Rob Williams jumped up to greet me and took me straight to the truck I wanted to look at. As we walked he explained his company policies and background information about the truck. When we got to the truck he did the most amazing thing, he stepped back and left me alone. I was actually able to look at the truck without having a dealer talk my ear off. I felt very relaxed and in control. Rob answered every question I fired at him knowledgeably and confidently. He treated me with respect and wanted to know exactly what I was looking for. He handled all the paperwork speedily and got me a great deal. Rob Williams is a great salesman but his selling point is that he is honest and practical. Buying from Driver's World was a pleasure and I recommend any service member to consider this dealership.

Driver's World was very enthusiastic and friendly about my visit. They helped me in a number of ways and worked with me in every way possible. There was not a time where I thought I was just another potential buyer. It was more of lets work with you attitude because they care about the buyer more than the sale. The entire paper work took less than an hour and I was our driving around worry free. Thanks again to all those guys and Rob for your help!

My Review of Driver's World:
Was very impressed with the professionalism that Ray showed during the entire process from start to finish, he reminds me of a true team player along with James and Brian one co-hesive unit. Sometimes giving out credit information is painful, but the team made it as painless as possible. As far as I am concerned Drivers World in Virginia Beach is TOP NOTCH. Mr. Palmer was very helpful in the beginning showing me the car that I had priced on the internet, from the explaination of the features of the car to the test drive, to filing of the paperwork. Was shown the utmost respect all through the process.

James kept me in the loop at all times of the status of the paperwork and what was happening, turning a not so great car payment into a car payment that was awesome and was able to easily fit my budget.

Brian the Finance Mgr was AWESOME, explained everything from A to Z was very respectful and not judgemental towards myself or my wife, went over the paperwork in an extremely efficient and timely manner. Was very friendly and insightful and explained how the processed went through and what had to be done to get it there. I have not boought many cars in my lifetime, but this one time will make me a drivers world customer for life........

GOOD JOB RAY, JAMES AND BRIAN FOR MAKING IT A ENJOYABLE EXPERIANCE.

We walked in looking to do only a test drive but the car was exactly what we were looking to buy. The sales personnel gave my wife and I room to talk privately and make our own financing arrangements. The whole process went very smoothly and, as strange as it sounds, proved to be a rather enjoyable experience.

Great service and paitence! Jessica and staff worked hard to find what I wanted and get me the best deal possible! Great costumer service, very nice and attentive! They worked with severel banks to insure better possible interest rate and lowest monthly charges!

Our experience with Rob Williams at Driver's World was fantastic! There was no pressure, and for the first time in our car buying experience, we truly felt that our saleperson had our best interest at heart. Rob was very knowlwdgeable about the vehicle we purchased. I traded in my car and received a very fair price for it. When we purchase our next car, we will definetly return to Driver's World. We have told all our friends to go to Driver's World and ask for Rob Williams. This experience was like none other.

Well, I wanted to be sure to let you know wat a great experience I have had working with Driver's World. I bought a car from you all yesterday, a process thats been 5 months(!) in the making. The first time I went in and just about every time after that I was greated by friendly people and made to feel welcome. Which is more than I can say for many of the other dealers in the area, and I'm nt talking just about other flagship dealers. Rob took the time to not only have me test drive several cars but to explain the differences in the types of maintanence that each would need, so I could fel more confident in my decision. Then I totaled my car two weeks ago, and really started looking. I didnt want to just but the first good deal and end up unhappy with it. Rob true to his word never hounded me and never ever tried topush me to get a car. He told me when I was ready he would be there not to sell me a car but to help me but one. That ment a lot to me because of how much I had been jerked around elsewhere, and the constant phone calls. Rob never once did that. When I finally found the '07 Tiburon, he knew(as did I) that was the car for me. This being the first car for me to buy on my own, he made sure to get me the best interest rate, and warranty to that I could be confident in my choice. Because of Rob you have a customer for life and I am going o tell everyone to go to Driver's World. Thank you so much.

Everyone I met was very friendly and anxious to help. I was impressed by the professionalism of the salesman helping me, Rob Williams. He was knowledgable about the details of the vehicle and answered questions to my satisfaction as I test drove it. I will definitely buy my next car from him. I have already told friends, co-workers and family about my pleasantly surprising experience!
Brian, the financial person was also very pleasant and negotiated a deal agreeable to everyone. I received a fair price for my trade-in and a good value on the newer vehicle. I had been to several other dealers before going to Driver's World and each time left feeling discouraged. Thanks guys!
