We called about buying a car at MSRP and they said no you must pay the dealer markup. The last day of the month they called us and said come and get it for MSRP. They insisted that it would be first come must pay the dealer markup. The last day of the month they called us and said come and get it for MSRP. They insisted that it would be first come first served on the car and would not take a deposit to hold it while we drove 2 and a half hours to buy it. NEVER trust a Car Dealer in CA!!! Fifteen minutes before we arrived they called and said that someone was looking at it and would not hold it for us for 15 minutes. When we got there, they told us that it was sold, but we can reserve one for you that is being built. Are you kidding me! We drove 2 and half hours and you would not wait 15 minutes for us to arrive and you sold it. I would NEVER do business with thus Dealership!!! I am very disappointed that Toyota a top tier manufacturer allows their Dealers to act in such a way. This Dealer should be told that they need to sell to someone who will represent Toyota with Integrity. More

Had the worst service advisor ever. Been a customer for over 10+years here. I had an appt at 7am (& was in line before their door opened). My service Advisor Eric Davidson didn't even say good morning or greet me. My car was here to be diagnosed for something. He said he may have an answer by 9am but never called me. I called him at 9:26am and he stated, "I'll get back to you soon". Didn't get back to me until 10am. Apparently, he had an identity problem with someone else responding to my name & paying for my job. So, he was in a "foul" mood and never apologized for that incident. I understand mistakes can be made, but it would have been nice to have an apology for his customer mis-identity incident. The other Service Advisors in the past were excellent-very personable. As a woman and a minority, I found my service advisor's behavior unacceptable. More

I worked with Moe Belhachi, the Floor Manager, for months. He told me that they were the biggest Toyota Dealers in the Bay area, and I should buy a Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. I believed him. I w months. He told me that they were the biggest Toyota Dealers in the Bay area, and I should buy a Toyota Camry Hybrid from him. I believed him. I wanted a blue car, so he acted like they were available if I was patient. (I do not even know if they made 2023 Camry Hybrids in blue.) I waited 10 MONTHS because he kept telling me that the car would come in "6 to 8 weeks". In the meantime, he tried to sell me other used cars. I bought the car that I wanted from another dealer when I realized that this man did not have my best interests at heart. At least, my $500 deposit was returned. That is the most positive thing that I can say. More

LOST $2500: I asked the dealer what was the best way to buy a vehicle as an out of state buyer. They advised me to register it in California and recoup the money later in my state instead of transferring t buy a vehicle as an out of state buyer. I should never have trusted them as now I overpaid by $2500 in CA taxes, cannot get my money back and the dealership just keeps saying "you agreed to doing it this way" and offers no help. I got ushered through a sale and now I have to pay the costs. This dealership is either not competent or does not have the customer's best interest in mind. I am very disappointed with my experience here and will not return. More

Found the brand new gr86 online and I called in. I live 2 hours away in Sacramento. Worked out a deal with the internet sales manager. He runs my credit even though I have a pre approval through my bank. Tells me I need to use their financing also. Okay, from there it gets worse, thought we were set and the sales manager changes the price over 1000 more. Complete waste of my time. Very shady business tactics. Both the internet and sales manager will continue to do this to other customers. I'm posting this to all my car groups. Buyers beware!! More

Absolute worst dealer i have ever been too. Sold me a TRD pro and then they crashed the door while driving it to clean it. They wont replace the door. I paid a huge markup for this truck and it should be new pro and then they crashed the door while driving it to clean it. They wont replace the door.
