Donnie Rideout was our salesman and he made this purchase very comfortable! Super good to work with! Laura Bellidin was also very pleasant to work with. The inside of the car could have been a little cleaner. We would definitely come back next time.

The salesperson and the finance lady both went way above expectations. They are an honest, humane, caring dealership. They managed to get me approved for the car I wanted even with my severe credit problems.

I have to say that my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. I had been to previous dealerships and I was always treated the way that most people expect to be treated - promise me any and everything but when it came time to work all the details out the salesperson would always backtrack saying that there was this exception or I have no control over what my boss or the bank would require. Because of that I would just leave and to never return. But with Tom and Laura they did everything the way people should be treated. They were HONEST, helpful and forthright and when we finally decided to buy the Malibu they both exceeded expectations and did everything right and treated us like friends and gave us the impression that they really did care! When it comes time (Probably within 6 months) I will be back to this dealership to buy my next car.

This dealership treated me great and I would recommend the associates that I work with. Dave Blanck was so knowledgable on the new truck I bought and covered eveything with thorough desription, you could not ask for a better sales associate. Mike Mills had all his paperwork together before I enter his office and it was very quick and explaination were great. Thanks to Robin for having set me up with Dave Blanck. My experience at Dugan's was outstanding. If you visit this dealership ask Dave Blanck he knows his stuff. I have already talked my experience up to several people maybe not even looking for a vehicle at this time.

This is my second vehicle I have purchased through Dugan. There are always great deals. A wide variety of New and Certified Used vehicles, having options makes the purchasing experience easier. Everyone is always nice and hospitable. My favorite sales woman of the year is Andrea Wadsworth! Andrea is very kind, understanding and patient. Allie started off right away. Out of the hundreds of faces she sees on a monthly basis, she remembered me. She also remembered what I drove without looking it up. She had me in and out in 5 minutes for the drop off. Later in the day when I checked out, they had me out in ten minutes after reviewing all checking points on the vehicle. I loved it.
