My Review of Dulles Motorcars:
Save time and don't go here!!! The dealership did not have any brochures or printed information on the 2009 Forrester we were interested in. We test drove an advertised model and it was filthy both inside and out. Looking at the new cars consisted of wandering through the parking lot and comparing window stickers. Seemed to be a disconnect between the new and used sales staff. We spoke to the general manager regarding the advertised vehicle and found him to be very arrogant and rude. We were ready to buy and ended up getting the SUV at another dealership that had a MUCH better price and treated us respectfully. Don't know how this place stays in business!

My Review of Dulles Motorcars:
We had seen several of their vehicles on line and were interested in working with them on purchasing a new vehicle. When we got to the dealership we found the sales staff to be great and easy to work with but the management was difficult, and more importantly rude. At one point we test drove a used car that was being used by one of the managers and it was completely trashed, covered in gum wrappers and other stuff. When we went to discuss price we were about 1500 apart. Instead of trying to meet us in the middle or saying that is the lowest they could go. they treated us as being unreasonable.

I would think twice before using this dealership.

My Review of Dulles Motorcars:
Excellent communications prior to the sale via e-mail. Friendly efficient staff made the process short and sweet. Would definetly recoommend the place to a friend. Went through several finance options with us after we came to a price aggrement on the vehicle. Good overall feel.
