Let me tell you about the experience I had today at Quick Lane. I made an appointment last Thursday for Monday morning at 8:30 for brake work that Quick lane said I needed (at my last service) Brake pads and Lane. I made an appointment last Thursday for Monday morning at 8:30 for brake work that Quick lane said I needed (at my last service) Brake pads and rotors. I dropped off my truck at 8:00, at 2:30 Don Davis called and and said they just checked the brakes and there was nothing wrong. I explained the conversation from my last service and he said okay. I went to pick up the truck at 3:15 and it was done and out the door at 3:32 pm. I guess they when ahead and changed brakes and rotors on a truck that didn't need brakes and rotors!? To the tune of $1,283.77 for a 2 hour brake job! $680.00 labor! I have a GPS tracker on my truck and know the truck DID NOT leave where I left it at 8:00 until 1:55pm, so I guess y'all charge about $400.00 per hour! I will NEVER darken your doorstep ever again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends and family about the shellacking I feel like I got! Have a nice day! Michael Shean More

Very disappointed. I have never been treated so poorly from a dealership as this one. I only gave a one star because I couldn’t post a review without at least 1 star. Getting warranty work done on a vehicle and didn’t want to hold up their part of the contract. More
