I want to bring to consumer awareness how Subaru of Ann Arbor treats their customers who decide NOT to purchase a vehicle from them. My dilemma began on November 3, 2023. My civil rights were compromised Arbor treats their customers who decide NOT to purchase a vehicle from them. My dilemma began on November 3, 2023. My civil rights were compromised, and my credit score paid the price because of over 20 hits caused purposely from Dana Wines at the Ann Arbor dealership. Also, the 23 hits on my car fax as well. Justin Batshon was not very professional either. I am thoroughly disappointed how I was treated, and Chris, the manager, allowed it. I have the refusal letters from banks. I was told I would get a phone call with an apology back in December of 2023:from the Corporate offices of Subaru. That never happened.
