I recently reached out to a dealership through cars. com regarding a used car they had listed. Although I understand they receive numerous requests, it was disappointing to discover that my initial messa com regarding a used car they had listed. Although I understand they receive numerous requests, it was disappointing to discover that my initial message was not read. However, I remained cooperative and provided all the necessary information about my trade-in. My intention was to negotiate a deal prior to visiting the dealership, so that when we arrived, the only thing left would be inspecting the trade-in and signing the paperwork. After sending the trade-in value from KBB as requested, I inquired about the next steps. Surprisingly, the next email I received from the salesperson simply asked, "What can I help you with?" This confused me since I had already been in communication with this person and had provided all the requested information. Despite this confusion, my wife and I were still interested in the car. To move forward, I submitted my financing information and was informed that the dealership would contact me shortly. Unfortunately, a whole week went by without any contact from them. It was frustrating when the salesperson eventually reached out again, asking the same question, "What can I help you with?" By this point, I had lost interest in the car entirely. We found another option and will be picking it up this weekend. While I cannot label the entire dealership as bad based on this experience, I must admit that I was disappointed by the salesperson's behavior. It felt disheartening to fulfill all their requests and provide all the necessary information, only to be met with a lack of acknowledgment and understanding. More

Very poor. Didn't honor their word. Never again will use them.will never recommend them. HE went spoke to his manager or who ever he said he went to speak to ask and came back to us and told us yes they can give us the free oil change. I went for my first oil change and I saw him and went up to him to Hayder and asked him about it because the service dept didn't have that on file and we only have 2 free oil change. Hayder didn't remember me and he said he doesn't remember making that deal. Very bad!!!! Never again will I use them. Im currently looking for the paper work because he said if he made that deal it would be in writing. Lessoned learned I have to make sure to triple check so they don't screw us like this again. The fact the he claims not remember is so bad it wasn't that long ago. More

I would of appreciated the financial department to contact me and updated me with changes on my monthly quotes as sales person Stacey was the best!!
