My Review of Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep:
Snotty attatude at service. NO Help. Just wanted some information on a tail light that would not work. Thank full Greg Rairdon's service department was able to answer the question over the phone.

When I called Tom Lanes office to voice my customer concerns about the treatment I assumed I would hear something back?
I did not! It has been over a week and still have had no contact.

If this is the kind of Customer service I can expect, I am taking mine and the families business elsewere. Maybe GREG RAIRDON CHRYSLER. There a LOT more HELPFULL.

My Review of Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep:
Absolutely horrible experience trying to buy a car from them.
Their negotiation tactics were really nasty. One salesman would say one quote on the phone, and ask us to come in. When we got in, there was no sign of that salesman. Starting talking to different salesman, and he had different quotes. So, we left. Same thing repeated again. Kinda feel stupid falling for the same trick twice.
We didn't end up buying the car from them. We would not recommend going there. It was such a waste of time.

My Review of Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Jeep:
I had a problem with my jeep that resulted from a poorly done engine installation at this dealer. I had two independant shops diagnose the trouble in minutes. I took it back here to give them a chance to make it right, and the service advisor was uninterested in the vehicles history and documentation. after a full day, he advised me the techs could not diagnose the trouble without removing the transmission. He offered no further help and made no mention that if it was something they did wrong, it would be taken care of. I had the repairs done at another shop. I returned here with the damaged parts.The service advisor would not listen. His boss offered to replace the parts would admit no wrong-doing and refused to pay the labor. Only after I presented a very strong documented case to the general manager was the repair bill taken care of<br>
