My Review of Dwight Harrison Volkswagen:
My wife went in for a window repair on a "certified preowned" LEMON that they sold us 4 months ago. They held her hostage for 2 hours without providing reasonable accomodations. I spoke with the son of the owner and after a short conversation in which I expressed my displeasure with his service, he hung up on me. I quote, "Your wife already told me that she will not be coming back so I don't care what you say." Is this the type of service that should be given?

My Review of Dwight Harrison Volkswagen:
I would not recommed this dealership to anyone. They were the only one that had an EOS in the color that my wife wanted.. It was a Christmas present. If not I would of went elsewhere or ordered it from anothe dealer. Salesman very arrogant and rude. He knew he had the only one around and used this to his advantage. In both dealing with the new car and my trade. This is certainly a place where the old atage buyer beware is needed.

My Review of Dwight Harrison Volkswagen:
I had a very poor experience with the dealer that delivered my Passat, and tried Harrison on a recommendation.<br><br>They have been extremely friendly and helpful, and everything that they have done has been above board and very honest. I have had them perform all the service on my car during warranty, and they have told me of every issue, and whether it was something that needed attention or was something that I could do myself and not have to pay to have done.<br><br>When VW was having the coil pack problems on the 1.8T engine, they replaced them all before the official recall, and without me asking. I had simply taken the car in for routine service.

This dealership sold me a Certified preowned vehicle and promised that it was a high quality automobile that had never been wrecked. I have since found out that the car that I purchased from them was previously wrecked with over $10,000.00 in damages. Dwight Harrison Volkswagen has done nothing to rectify the situation. We gave him many opportunities to correct the problem and he refused to help us.
