My Review of Earnhardt Dodge-Hyundai:
I was contacted by this dealer and was told that I was preapproved for one of the great deals that they had giong on. I made an appointment to meet with the salesman. After an hour at the dealership he said that due to my FICO score I would have to go to "the other site" Even though THEY contacted me with my preapproved status. They told me who to ask for at the "other site" Although I was frustrated by their misrepresentation - I went. Well... the person they told me to ask for at the other site was not a person at all...it was a department. One that which the sales people don't care to much to help. I sat for 40 minutes before realizing this. The salesman who did finally talk to me seemed bothered that he had to. I explained that the other site told me to come there and that they had contacted me by phone with preapproved status. He said "well.. you ain't preapproved if your here with a sarcastic chuckle. And followed it with "I don't know what to tell ya" I left at that . Three hours and fourty five minutes of my evening wasted due to this dealers call to me asking me to come in. I would never go back here or recommend them to anyone. Their misrepresentation and disconcerned attitude was frustrating, embarassing, rude and unprofressional. I guess a company this big in this area can operate with out morals and do what ever it wants with no regrets - - no connection to the person - - the customer they are dealing with!
