My Review of Eastside Hyundai:
When we recently bought a car at Eastside Hyundai in Kirkland, WA we were told that there were FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE (of our ownership) and that we could just drop in -- NO SCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS WAS NECESSARY. This was a good selling point since the oil changes needed to be completed within a 500 mi. window to be "free". In fact this was a major selling point with us since Eastside WAS NOT THE LOW BID WHEN WE BOUGHT BUT WE BOUGHT BASED ON THEIR CLAIMS ABOUT THE FREE OIL CHANGES.

The reality is that I called this morning to say that I was going to bring the car in for an oil change and was told that I needed to schedule an appointment and that they were scheduling appointments for more than a week out in the future. So by that time I will be beyond the mileage window and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE.

I guess we should have adhered to the old adage, "know when a salesman is lying? -- when his lips are moving".

BEWARE of Eastside Hyundai !
