My Review of Echelon Ford:
Today I took my car in for an oil change (which I had an appointment for). When I arrived I asked Mr. Pierce if I could also get the tires rotated/balance but clearly stated to him that I needed to be out of there by no later than 11:15. If the work could not be done by then, I would just get the oil change and come back another day for the additonal work. He ASSURED me that the work would take no longer than 1 1/2 hours and I would definitely be out by the needed time of 11:15 am. I was checked in and in the waiting room by 9:40 am. At 11:25, the work was still not finished but Mr. Pierce came into the waiting room. I asked him to check on my car and reminded him that I had asked it to be done by 11:15 and it was now 10 minutes past that time. He went out to check and immmediately came back in to say that they were putting the oil in and it would be done. At 11:45, Mr. Reagan came in with my bill and key and said the car was done. Knowing that Mr. Reagan was a supervisor, I told him what had happened and that I was not happy. He apologized and said he would look into it. Mr. Pierce NEVER apologized for not getting it done on time and he was the one that told me it would be. It upsets me that Echelon Ford, specifically Mr. Pierce, did not think my time was valuable enough to get the car done by the time I had asked him to especially when I told him I could come back another day for the additional work. Needless to say, I had to cancel what I needed to do next because the car was not done on time.
