The appointment set up is easy. Will Gross, my Service Advisor is amazing and so professional and polite. He had me in and out in under an hour. I wish I knew the names of the individuals doing the service work so I could mention them by name. I love this dealership. It was the 1st dealership I bought my 1st car at when I was 19 years old in the 1990's and I remember also being treated very well back then. As a matter of fact, I bought a car from Deerfield Toyota and they pretty much scammed me and did a spot check and asked me to return the car or give them more money for down payment after a week of having the car. I handed them the keys back, got my down payment back in full and went straight to Delray Toyota where I was in and out and got an even better car. Between that time and buying this car I had other luxury cars from Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, SAAB and I can honestly say the feeling when I come to Ed Morse Toyota is better. I don't feel pressured, and the atmosphere is not snooty or uncomfortable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Truly, I mean this! I have friends that are in need of new cars, and I let her know my salesman's name and recommended her to stop by and that she will not be disappointed with this dealership from the purchasing phase to the service phase and everything in between.
