My Review of Ed Morse Honda:
Went to ED MORSE Honda, bought a 2005 honda van with leather and dvd. Was told the van would arrive in about 3 weeks. I paid a $500.00 deposit and was told they would call me back when the van came in.Three weeks later in (Nov 2004) I called and was told they had the VIN# for my van and that meant that the van was just a day or two from arriving.<br>Next I received a call from another sales mgr and was told MY VAN was SOLD to someone else prior to my sale. I asked how could that be? They had no real answer!<br>The best they could do was for me to wait another 4 weeks for another Van! At that point I asked for my money back, went to Braman Honda and had no problems and actualy paid less for the new van with the same equipment.<br>By the way, I tried to complain to Honda USA in California and was told they cannot get involved in the deals their dealers make with the public. I was also told that the name Ed Morse Honda came up many times with complaints from customers. BUYERS BE WARE! :(
