My Review of Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM:
I had the most outstanding customer experience I've ever had before in my life at Ed Voyles Jeep.

My salesperson, Bill Scott was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very good at his job. I went there with my daughter initially for an oil change. She talked me into going to look at new cars. My credit is recovering from prior not-so-good decisions I've made. I was a bit apprehensive. And, I still owed about $6000 on the vehicle I was currently driving.

We sat down and I explained my situation to Bill who said he would do his very best to get me out of the bad car deal I was in and into a new car.

I am happy to report that he did just that! He got me into a 2012 Jeep Liberty, which I absolutely love! The interest rate is AWESOME and I didn't have to come up with a ton of money.

I am so pleased! I highly recommend this dealership. They are not just salesman, they truly listened and worked with me and got me a great deal.

Very friendly and easy to deal with.
The whole process only took a few hours... I came by the dealership around noon and was home with the new vehicle by 4pm. (the dealership was 65mi from home also.

My Review of Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM:
Had a very good experience over the weekend buying a new Jeep. Bill was a professional to work with and sent me home in the exact Wrangler I wanted. Steve did a good job helping me with the financing and I left a very happy customer. I will be returning in the future and probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. My one complaint is that I felt the overall time to purchase the car took too long (about 5 hours, included 2 test drives). Part of this was due to my trade-in and financing so I'm not sure all of the blame can be placed on the dealer. Again, I still would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone else.

Awesome experience. Quickest and easiest. I didn't get that shyster vibe that you feel at dealerships most times. I'd been to another Jeep dealer and was so put off I left without buy because the experience left me feeling dirty. But not with Josh. He was friendly and efficient. I had a time constraint that I made him aware of and he worked quickly to meet my needs in the time allotted.

Tylor Dimming was a huge assistance in finding us a new jeep that we were looking for. I feel he went the extra mile to find us exactly what we were looking for. He kept us informed of the progress of his search. Once it was found, he completely walked us through the process of what would take place next.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ed Voyles Jeep. Monti, our sales consultant was really amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted without being pushy or acting like a cheesy salesperson. She was so personable and down to earth. We went to Ford and Chevy prior to our visit to Ed Voyles Jeep and the sales people were pushy and feeding us the "sales pitch" which didn't sound genuine and turned us off immediately. Monti listened to our needs from the get go and helped us find the perfect vehicle for us. She was patient, really friendly, and genuine. We felt like we were car shopping with a friend rather than with a sales consultant. Other sales people should follow the same technique! Thanks to Monti and the staff at Ed Voyles for making our experience a fun, stress free one. We'll be sure to let others know about the excellent service and treatment we received. Thanks Monti!
