We bought a new jeep from Ed Voyles. Our saleman, Turner Simpson, was great!! He was VERY knowledgeable about all the vehicles we considered. He was patient, funny and considerate during our purchase. I would highly recommend Turner and Ed Voyles if you are considering a new vehicle.

Josh Mooney could not have been better. Who thought a new car purchase could go so well?? We were given a firm quote on the phone and had no surprises. There needs to be more sales people like Deni. She was not the "high pressure salesman" frequently encountered when purchasing a vehicle. Deni asked where our interest lay, showed us many vehicles with various options, as well as allowing us to drive the vehicles. Her demeanor was not of a "used car salesman", but a professional person matching a customer with the correct vehicle. She is very knowledgable about the product, showed us those vehicles which met our specifications, and made our shopping experience a pleasant experience. Should we need another vehicle, we would go to Deni first.
PS: We are stockholders in the parent company, Fiat.

Don was very helpful and friendly during my recent Jeep purchase. He was able to find me *exactly* the Jeep I was looking for and was able to get me a good deal on both the vehicle and on my trade-in. Josh simply did every single thing that he said he would do.
No surprises, everything claer and correct, and had a great knowledge of the Jeep features.
A fair price on the trade, reasonable dicount off sticker, and a competitive loan rate.
It was one of the best new car experiences I have ever had.

I visited Ed Voyles approximately 45 days ago and was assisted by Don Garner. I was looking at the possibility of buying a new Ram 1500 but the numbers and the options had to be right.
Don was not able to find the specific deal on my first visit but he paid close attention, understood my requirements and worked diligently to find the right deal. Don did not call me excessively and waste any of my time. He was very professional, courteous, and informative. He contacted me by phone and email when he was able to meet the wish list I provided him. Don helped make the purchase efficient and as pleasant as possible.
I would recommend Ed Voyles and specifically Don Garner to any of my friends who were looking to purchase a car or truck.

I transacted with Royce Worley, whose receptive tone, product knowledge and expedience helped to achieve my car preferences and financial goals. Steve Fazzalaro (Business Manager) expedited the paperwork in an efficient manner, discussing in clear terms the procedure and transaction. Royce Worley then finished the sale with a succinct and clear explanation of car control functions before I drove the car home.
