My Review of Ed Voyles Honda:
This is one of those very, very rare occasions when I welcome the interruption of my schedule to share with "To whom it may concern" - why I think so highly of auto sales representive TIM WHITEHEAD. Prior to this approximately two-hour auto purchasing experience, I was not aware of Tim Whitehead's existence. I drove onto the car lot with, what can be considered the usual buyers mind-set of "ready to do battle with this used-car salesman." Much to my surprise, almost immediately,
Tim Whitehead's seemingly genuine friendly demeanor put me in a less 'combative' frame of mind. After I shared with Mr. Whithead that I was in the market for my grandson a, primarily, on-college-campus (Georgia Tech) vehicle - I got the feeling that my grandson also became his grandson! The very first vehicle
Tim Whitehead directed me to was one that I too thought my grandson would be pleased with - and fitted by stated price range. Mr. Whitehead gave me a very quality, unvarnished overview of the vehicle...al questions I had referencing subject vehicle were thoroughly answered. After all the paperwork was completed and I looked at the final price of the vehicle (which was only about $100 above the price range I had stated) - Tim Whitehead and I both broke out into laughter when I said, "I like you already." An overall most pleasant experience.

My Review of Ed Voyles Honda:
My daughter and I came to Ed Voyles Honda on Friday night about 8:30 - 8:45 p.m. Mr. Whitehead was getting ready to leave, but took the time to ask about our car needs. My daughter told him what she was looking for and he said he thought Ed Voyles had what she was looking for. Unfortunately the lot where the used cars are kept were locked so we were unable to see the car. Mr. Whitehead encouraged us to come back on Saturday. We did and the car was everything Mr. Whitehead had said it would be and more. Mr. Whitehead was very kind, patient and thorough. He answered all of our questions. He even offered some fatherly advice to my daughter (which she took). If I know of anyone looking for a Honda, I will definitely refer them to Ed Voyes and Tim Whitehead.

My Review of Ed Voyles Honda:
From the moment we walked onto the lot Tim was helpful, friendly, and easygoing. The day began on a bad note (my son wrecked his 1998 Honda), but it couldn't have had a more happy ending. Tim helped us find a great replacement at a great price. I also need to thank Josh Hatch. He worked hard to get me the best rate and walked me through the finance process. The whole experience was exceptional. This is my second car purchase with Ed Voyles Honda and won't be my last. Thanks, guys.

I was treated with respect and dignity. I appreciate the service and the patience my salesman showed me. He was experienced and showed me that their are people who really can show you that they care about not just selling the vehicle, but making sure it is within your budget. Mr. Whitehead was very professional, yet he made me feel like I am an old friend of his. My overall experience in the dealership was excellent because everyone showed compassion and patience with the smallest of request that I made. I thought the vehicle and the price that we negotiated definately benefit me in the long run. I have received follow up calls and I am happy with my car.

My Review of Ed Voyles Honda:
I had a wonderful experience purhasing my car from Tim Whitehead at Ed Voyles Honda in Marietta. My son and I had gone to several dealerships throughout the metro area looking for just the right car at just the right price and unfortunately, and got the usual "pressured sales pitch". We stopped by Ed Voyles one evening and met with Tim Whitehead. He worked with us for quite a while. Not only was he extremely knowledgable about the vehicle but was very pleasant to work with. No high pressure sale. I felt like I was in control. I have referred several of my associates to Tim. That was by far, the best vehicle buying experience I believe I've ever had.

I was greatly impressed with the customer service I experienced with the salesman Tim Whitehead. He was very efficient in listening to my needs for a car and was very thorough in providing me with the car of my dreams. I also speak highly of him and have referred several people to him. When my car needed servicing he directed me to the right place and I was truly satisfied. He has gone out of his way to make sure I am a satisfied customer and he has followed up with me from time to time making sure I am not having any problems with my car. This is the first time in buying a car that I felt total confidence with the salesman. i will be a returning customer and will ask for Tim in the future.

This was my first experience purchasing a car and I was apprehensive at first. But Mr. David was very patient and professional with me. He answered all my questions and helped me get the best car for my lifestyle. I went to two other dealerships and I found this one to have the best customer service by far.
