These guys are scam artists. I had an order placed for a new Escalade. They accepted my deposit and I was waiting for an allocation. When one finally came, they called me to pick I had an order placed for a new Escalade. They accepted my deposit and I was waiting for an allocation. When one finally came, they called me to pick my options and get my order placed. Only then did they tell me they wanted $25,000 above MSRP, plus mandatory ceramic coating and paint protection, so $30,000 over MSRP on a factory order. I did not want to pay this so I lost my place in line and ultimately my Escalade. Jason the GM had no sympathy, just a take it or leave it mentality. Had they told me 9 months ago they were going to do this, I could have had my order placed with a different dealership. I’m so disappointed with Cadillac and Wolfe I just sold my existing 21’ Escalade and will likely never own another Cadillac. Funny part is they made fun of Don Wheatons for selling above MSRP when I placed my original order and said they are family run and would never rip another off like that. But when it comes time for my order they did it to me and I’ve heard many others as well More

I’ve just had my XT5 serviced and had some small damage repaired at my request. During the service, the technician spotted a leak requiring replacement of the radiator.
