My Review of Ehrlich Toyta:
In 2001 leased a Sienna with a odometer/speedometer defect, over recording milage. With many letters, phone and email attempts the problem was not addressed or fixed. Prior to lease expiration two Toyota "Encore" reps told us when re-leasing a Toyota the overage (miles) would be washed, ignored. We released for a new Sienna and now have collectors---3 speparate collection agencies for the same bill calling and harasing us. And, now Toyota claims there was no such claim from Toyota. The attempt to get to ANYONE wh will acknowledge the realted conversations has been impossible, including management at Erlich Toyota. This seems like is was a complete fraud. There is more, but that is enough now. We are very disatisfied with Toyota of America, they have been tottaly unresponsive in our attempt to resovel this.
