Was an excellent experience until the timing chain went on our car 4 weeks after having it. Got told by multiple employees that they guarantee that the car is fine keep in mind we put less than 2,000 miles on our car 4 weeks after having it. I worked with Brock Baldwin in sales and he immediately made an impact and worked to get me an incredible deal. He was fantastic and I look forward to working with him again. The business manager Nick Nelson was great as he made himself readily available for questions and made the buying process comfortable. He showed me different options of vehicles that could be of interest to me. After looking at vehicles they did not have the specific vehicle I was looking for, but Chris tracked one down for me and made the happen. Very happy with my experience. Very friendly...good sales pitch.. Excellent experience with Tom when I drove into the dealership on Thursday. He was short staffed and he made every effort to accommodate me. Went back Saturday with my husband and he met us at the door remembering my name. Salesman Nick took over. Did a great job. We left with a vehicle..
