My Review of Elhart Dodge Nissan Inc:
My sister, who has a brain injury, was coerced by someone to sign for a car for them because their credit was bad. My sister is a ward of the state and has a guardian and a conservator. She is not legally able to enter into any contracts, etc with out her conservator's written permission. This dealership not only found her financing (she doesn't have a job), but when told about the mistake, they refused to make it right. They wanted to charge my sister $5,000 to buy the car back. Now the case is going to the lawyers, costing my sister even more money. Jeff Elhart had the opportunity to make this situation right, but refused to do so. He just wanted the sale.
