Seeks opportunities to provide optimal financing rates that may be more favorable than the ones from your favorite credit union - check
Provides a 30-day courtesy inspection and fluid top-off - check
Wants to ensure your overall vehicle acquisition process is a comfortable one - check
Who among us hasn't developed that jaded view of car dealers based on past experience? You know, that feeling of dread just knowing the dealership was going to pressure you to get in-get out and pay more on a vehicle that you were maybe lukewarm about.
Not so at Elhart. It is incredible that in the intensely competitive automotive industry, the team there goes out of its way to ensure your experience is a positive one. Granted, the kind of vehicles that Hyundai is now churning out practically sell themselves. Still, the Elhart staff consists of the kind of people you would enjoy sitting down with and having a beer. Kudos to the point man, Joel Reyna, who helped bring it all together.
Elhart is the benchmark for how to create an environment that engenders repeat customer business.
