AMAZING! Joel Reyna & Elhart Hyundai are #1 in customer service! From the first time we pulled into their lot searching for a new vehicle, until the last day we pulled out with our brand new Hyundai...we knew we had finally come to the right place. Joel went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making us feel welcome; in answering all of our questions; and by going over all of our options in detail! Incorporates a "no pressure, no hurry" sales approach - check
Works aggressively to help meet the customer's spend objective - check
Refuses to be undersold by other competitors - check
Takes obvious pride in its customer service & support - check
Familiarizes the customer with key team members and service area processes - check
Takes extra time to "leave no stone unturned" when reviewing the important features of your vehicle - check
Seeks opportunities to provide optimal financing rates that may be more favorable than the ones from your favorite credit union - check
Provides a 30-day courtesy inspection and fluid top-off - check
Wants to ensure your overall vehicle acquisition process is a comfortable one - check

Who among us hasn't developed that jaded view of car dealers based on past experience? You know, that feeling of dread just knowing the dealership was going to pressure you to get in-get out and pay more on a vehicle that you were maybe lukewarm about.

Not so at Elhart. It is incredible that in the intensely competitive automotive industry, the team there goes out of its way to ensure your experience is a positive one. Granted, the kind of vehicles that Hyundai is now churning out practically sell themselves. Still, the Elhart staff consists of the kind of people you would enjoy sitting down with and having a beer. Kudos to the point man, Joel Reyna, who helped bring it all together.

Elhart is the benchmark for how to create an environment that engenders repeat customer business.

Joel was very helpful in getting us the car that we wanted and the best price. He assisted us in getting the trade in value for the car we were trading in. He explained everything about the car. He made sure that we were all set up with the Blue Tooth connection before we left.

My Review Of Elhart Hyundai:

As this was the first car I've ever bought on my own, I was very apprehensive about the logistics of purchasing and financing. But mostly I was concerned about feeling pressured to purchase more then I needed or wanted. I ended up feeling like the whole process was a "piece of cake". Everyone I dealt with was very low pressure. There was no "What can I do to get you in this car" which I had encountered at some of the other dealers. They were all very knowledgable in their areas of expertise and very patient with my many questions and concerns. They also delivered exactly what they said they would at exactly the price quoted. I highly recommend this dealership.

Sales staff was helpful and responsive. We were able to get the car in a timely manner and they were great with giving advice and answering the questions that we had. I did not feel pressured but did feel like I was being guided along (this was my first new car purchase). Overall great experience and I love my new vehicle!

My Review Of Elhart Hyundai:

I purchased a new 2012 elantra from Skye - he was so nice and responive in telling my husband and I about the car. However, 8 weeks later I was in a car accident. The Elantra saved my life and we went right back to Skye and purchased another. Syke and Dan were perfect to work with and worked on time with the insurance company to make sure I another brand new 2012 elantra as soon as possible!

Very pleasant to do business with. No high pressure sales or gimmicks. Very friendly staff that made the whole experience very enjoyable. Was offered an extended test drive if I wanted and then made a great deal on the car when I made my decision.

Dealers at Elhart were very helpful. We came to test drive the vehicle twice before deciding to buy. They were very patient and did not rush us. When we decided on the car, Joel (our salesman) did a great job of explaining the features of the car and giving us a tour of the service center.

My Review Of Elhart Hyundai:

Joel Reyna was my salesman. He was very easing going, and friendly to deal with. He didn’t pressure me in any way, and was a big help. After we’d agreed on a final price/payment, I was off to see Dan Kapenga, who did the financing part. Both were very professional and appeared to enjoy their work, and I (and the wife) are really enjoying our new Sonata. Thanks!
