Wouldn't buy from them. Lost all credibility with me I found a vehicle on their website that I wanted to purchase. Drove six hours to see it. Liked and agreed on a deal. Placed a deposit on the vehicle to hold it until the financing went through, that was on a Thursday. My bank gave me the approval on Monday. Called the dealership to let them know we were all set. I was informed that they sold the truck on Saturday to someone else, even though I had a deposit on the vehicle! They called me back a week later and offered the truck to me again. Asked them to send me the paperwork and the person who bought the truck from under me finally decided he wanted the truck and told me that I couldn't purchase the truck. They did offer me to buy a base model truck for more money with over twice the mileage on it for my trouble. The salesman said it was the owner's decision and he was sorry. If you buy from here don't say you weren't warned. More

Then the mechanic jamned our truck into 4 wheel drive low and said oh well it's stuck . So they basically kicked us off their lit with a crippled truck and terrible customer service. Funny part was the truck went back easily into 2 wheel drive. Lesson learned. They must have horrible mechanics. Plus we we're prepared to spend a lot of money. I would highly recommend Lia Toyota Colonie. Almost glad that this happened to us before we found out how they operate. More
