My Review of Englewood Auto Group:
Classic "bait and switch" way of dealing. I put charged a credit-card downpayment after a handshake agreement with both a salesperson and the manager - Lenny. After three weeks of waiting for one of the three colors I had said I would accept, and going to the dealership, Lenny told me that the "bank had switched agreements" and that the "MSRP had changed." I asked him if he would honor the handshake agreement and leasing contract that I had signed three weeks earlier and he said he could not. I asked him how frequently this occurred and he said it happens and not infrequently. I would avoid East Coast Automall Nissan/Volkswagon and any of their affiliates. If a handshake and signed agreement for a vehicle hold no water and garauntee nothing, then why pay or initiate a discussion in the first place? Go anyplace else.
