I purchased a new S60 T5 AWD from Bernie Valentinetti recently. and the price is GREAT. Bernie has been fantastic throughout the whole process and made it very easy for me to purchase a new vehicle. He is very friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries and gave me detailed price info over emails. I also contacted 4 other dealerships and I liked the communication with Englewood Volvo. Actually I was wavering between a Mercedes e350 and a Volvo, and finally picked the Volvo S60 based on its price and quality and my needs. I have lived in United States for nearly 14 years in 4 different states and this is my 9th vehicle, and the 3rd new vehicle I purchased since 2000. Bernie is the best car salesman I have ever met so far. I would recommend him to anybody and also this great dealership.

we had a problem with our windshield wipers and brought it in. we had recently replaced the blades so i thought it was a blade malfunction. everyone was incredibly nice about it even though i hadn't brought my receipt. the problem was actually the wiper arm, which the team immediately ordered and also noticed my battery had a lot of corrosion - so we ordered that too. many people have looked under the hood in the past few months but no one else noticed the battery. i really appreciate that. parts were ordered, an appointment was made. they got me in right when we arrived and did everything quickly and efficiently. they were prepared to install both wiper arms, but ultimately didn't do that because it wasn't necessary. i really appreciate that sort of service, it makes me trust them when they say something HAS to be done, because i know it's not just a knee jerk reaction.

Jay is the most honest and genuine car salesperson I have ever met! His sense of humour is unparallel, which makes the whole experience of selecting the car and discussing the price and options less painful. He actually makes it very pleasant. He is very responsive, always returning emails/ phone calls when promised, providing the information you asked for, and always on the ball, which I cannot say for other dealers who claimed they could not do it, never called back, or did not keep the notes what stage my buying process was at – well, you lost the sale. I actually waited to provide this feedback a few months after my purchase to see if Jay’s service was only related to the sale, but Jay periodically sends me emails and lets me know he is available if I have any questions about the car and how is my new “orange” Volvo doing (btw, it is doing great!!). Jay – it was delightful dealing with you!!

My car was totaled in an accident and I needed to replace my vehicle quickly. I must have called 10 dealerships to try and find the best deal. Bernie was the only one who followed up with me and made sure my needs were met and I got the car I wanted. He called me on his day off and at 8pm at night. He made buying the car an easy decision and even easier process. I am thrilled with my new Volvo and I would recommend anyone to work with Bernie at Englewood Volvo. He is a stand up guy who cares about his customers.

My first experience was great. Mr Nagy was a great help. Event bough I came for keyless entries for my new used car. I was mor excited about him giving me a Volvo key chain for my car keys. (Which they did not have in stock). I was very happy about that along with the excellent customer service I received. Keep up the great work, it was a pleasure to come there.
