My Review of Ensign Honda:
The salesman was ok. He was at least polite and helpful. When I was signing the final contract, I was looking through the charges and saw some "additional" charges. They had added an additional destination charge, and an "administrative" charge. I asked them why they responded "we have to pay our admins to process this paperwork." The charge was somewhere around $1500.00 for a paperwork charge. We finally renegotiated, still was way above what they originally promised. Secondly they allowed my temporary tags to expire and did not process the paperwork for the permanent plates. Before they sent the plates I was driving on an expired tag, completely their fault. They also failed to process the loan paperwork on time resulting in severe problems. NO INTEGRITY!!!!! Make sure you look through the paperwork for their HIDDEN CHARGES!!!!!! If you're going to buy a Honda and live in Logan, take the extra time to go to Stockton to Malone. We bought my wife a Fit from Stockton to Malone. They were great. You'll maybe even score some jazz tickets.
