I contacted and 1st spoke with Phil, the finance guy, around 11:30 in the morning and, with the help of Curtis the sales guy, the car was delivered to my door by 6:00 pm. I got a great price, solid financing, and fabulous service. They had to drive to the Duluth branch to retrieve the car before bringing it to me. Along the way, Curtis noticed the wheels needed balancing, so they stopped and got that done at no charge before delivering it. These guys were friendly, conscientious, and nothing short of professional. We love our "new" car and highly recommend Enterprise! More

Satisfied for 30days I was excited and wrote the first review days after my car purchase. Yep. Excited! But.now....I thought the experience with Enterprise would be great, but it has turned into a nightmare. When at the location I had to wait and wait and wait. I spent my entire Saturday for what I thought would be a 2-3 hour process. I left trying to forget it as I was happy to have my new car. The car was my pride and joy. Now 2 months later I can't drive my car because my tags are expired and the GA office has yet to fix the error. They assured me coming from TN and getting TN tags would not be an issue for them but they clearly just wanted the sale. The sale is done and now I am no longer a priority. My car has been parked since Dec 18. My temp tag expired and resolving this issue has been a nightmare. I bought the car to be able to visit my dementia mom, but now have to bum rides to get around town. I foolishly traded in my car for the Enterprise car. Yep, great sale, yep great discounts, but I wish I never went to Enterprise. BEWARE. More

They are nice until they have to honor warranty. They are very nice to get the sale but when something happens they don't want to honor the warranty.
