A zero integrity dealership - the worst I’ve ever dealt with! I special ordered a RAM and put a deposit. Once the truck arrived, they tried to charge me 13k extra since “it was a hot truck”, saying the original sales manager who made the deal no longer worked there so they didn’t have to honor it. Worse yet, they pulled 3 credit reports without my approval after I told them I would pay cash. When I complained, they told me they “don’t do cash deals…” The irony is the truck I ordered is listed on their website at MSRP after several weeks. Eric Lopes is the most dishonest sales person I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this dishonest dealership. More

I bought a Chrysler Pacifica on Jan 4th. I lost my contract, when I go back asked for the copy, I found they change the date to Jan 13rd. And use eclectic sign, they change 74 months payment to 75 months, and use fake eclectic signature, I traded in two vehicles, they won't pay them off until they sold the car, and lead to my loan past due two months which lead to my credit drop 19 scores. They never pickup the phone, never gave me any explanation for why the do this. I'll sue them, and just remember don't go this place. Awful service after bought the car. Bad attitude, never go this place!!!!!!!!!!! More
