My Review of Erhard BMW:
This dealership should be called a stealership. They do nothing but look down to you and squeeze you out of anything that they can convince you you need to pay for. They are a shame to BMW. Every single person that walks through those doors needs to be treated the same. My service done to my car was crap and I am never going to go there again. I will drive to the next nearest dealership, I'm not giving another dollar to Erhard.

My Review of Erhard BMW:
I went up to the front desk and asked to speak with someone about the new 6 series and the lady said &quot;let me check&quot;. She calls the manager, whispers something that I can't hear and gives me a &quot;no one is available to speak with you today, here's a card, call back on Monday&quot;, which was total bull, because when I called the previous week on the phone they were more than happy to set up an appointment. I had her ask again, to which the answer was no, so I went around her and talked to a salesperson, who was a young guy like me (and NOT a normal salesman, he was their IT guy helping out for the weekend).<br><br>Word to Erhard: Just because I'm a 27 year old who shows up in jeans is no indication of my ability to pay for a car, and you should make it your business to make me happy anyway. I have the ability to buy 2+ of anything you can sell. If you weren't the only dealer in town, you'd never get my business due to your handling of this situation, that's a promise.

My Review of Erhard BMW:
not a friendly dealership at all. everyone is very snobbish there. as far as service goes it seemed fine i just had my oil changed. another thing is their prices are incredibly overpriced. they wanted 1300 for an mtech kit which can be ordered from other dealers for 900. They also gave me a price for m3 mirrors without the motor or glass of 500. they gave me the feeling that i wasnt good enough to be walking into their dealership
